Membership Terms and Conditions
Registration
- You can apply for membership by completing the registration form below.
- By registering as a member, the member authorises the club to register him/her as a member with the KNLTB.
- Members are obliged to act in accordance with the articles of association, regulations and decisions of the KNLTB.
- The provisions in the articles of association, the internal regulations, and the integrity policy of Ready Maastricht are binding for all members and bodies of the association.
- Membership is automatically renewed annually.
Membership fees
- All members must pay an annual membership fee. This is set by the General Meeting for each membership category.
- In addition to the annual membership fee, all members pay the KNLTB fee. This is included in the membership fee.
- Membership fees are collected via direct debit.
- For a membership taken out during the year, the membership fee is calculated pro rata until the end of the year. The KNLTB fee is charged in full.
Termination of membership
- Membership may only be terminated at the end of the year, subject to a four-week notice period.
- If membership is terminated during the course of a financial year, the membership fee for the entire financial year remains payable.
Can I book courts without limits?
Yes, absolutely. All our memberships offer unlimited access to our facilities outside of prime time.
What is prime time?
Prime time is between Monday till Thursday 18h to 22:30h and Saturday and Sunday 10h to 12h.
Does Ready also have competition teams?
Yes, at Ready Maastricht you can participate in various competitions, including KNLTB leagues and internal ladder competitions.
Can I bring guests?
Yes, that’s possible. For a small fee of €7.50, you can bring non-members with you.
